Group Product Safety & Compliance Engineer

What you will do

• Liaise with departments to develop and implement processes for meeting compliance objectives.
• Assess Pickering products against relevant legislation.
• Produce documents and reports based on design and test team information.
• Compile technical construction files for NRTL certification.
• Liaise with NRTLs to certify product groups and assist in audits.

Requirements

• HNC or above in a STEM subject, or at least 2 years’ experience in compliance, engineering, or related role.
• Professional report writing in Microsoft Word.
• Clear and presentable report writing skills.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to think creatively to solve compliance issues with minimal business impact.
• Organized with documentation.

Nice to have

• Training on CE marking for Machinery Directive and Low Voltage Directive.
