What you will do

• Lead rapid investigations into critical incidents using internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT to establish facts and root causes.
• Act as primary contact for company leadership and stakeholders during incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective emergency response and mitigation.
• Draft real-time communications to leadership on incident status and impacts.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and conduct post-mortem reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or minimum 1 year relevant experience in investigations, incident management, or policy enforcement on social platforms.
• Experience managing high-pressure, sensitive investigations with supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to use data analysis, dashboards, and investigation tools.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and process-building skills.
• Familiarity with online safety issues and high-severity content preferred.
