What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, including State HIE and ADT feeds, from scoping through production support.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Architect reliable data transmission mechanisms using APIs, SFTP, and event-driven systems.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers, guiding architecture decisions and interoperability best practices.
• Develop internal monitoring, observability systems, and automated diagnostic tooling.
• Debug complex distributed systems across the full stack and implement durable, code-driven fixes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for building production systems.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, ADT, and CDA.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, messy datasets.
• Proven ability to design and build data pipelines and monitoring systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
