What you will do

• Design, build and operate a public API.
• Work closely with fellow engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure high alignment.
• Explore engineering improvements for the team and the product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product team, other hirify.global teams, and external partner teams.
• Emphasize strong alignment and asynchronous decision-making with few meetings.

Requirements

• Experience building, maintaining, documenting, and operating a public API.
• Experience with, or a willingness to learn, distributed system development in Scala.
• Strong product thinking anchored in the customer.
• A natural drive to deep dive into an unknown codebase while delivering results fast.
