hirify.global is a fast-growing industrial AI company building a procurement intelligence platform to connect the digital and physical worlds of manufacturing.

What you will do

• Support the full video production cycle from concept to final cut for testimonials, product launches, and brand films.
• Pitch and experiment with new video formats to innovate B2B content strategy.
• Create visual stories that translate complex product features into accessible narratives.
• Conduct on-site shoots at factories, trade fairs, and customer locations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to elevate the brand's visual presence.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative workflows and content delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end video production skills (concept, shoot, edit, delivery).
• Hands-on experience in video production or creative design roles.
• Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Figma.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in Munich and able to work from the office >4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B/SaaS or manufacturing/industrial content.
• Background in motion design or employer branding.
