What you will do

• Own the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platform domains.
• Define scope, align stakeholders, and drive high-priority initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Build and operate execution frameworks, including monthly business reviews and quarterly planning.
• Optimize the experimentation ecosystem to increase decision-making speed and reduce operational chaos.
• Accelerate ML delivery cycles by coordinating dependencies across ML, backend, analytics, and product teams.
• Coach and strengthen functional leads in Product Analytics, Data Engineering, ML, and UX.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or ML domains, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects in product companies.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, unit economics, and key business metrics.
• Solid knowledge of the ML lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Experience in managing risks, dependencies, and multiple parallel initiatives.
• Strong English and Russian communication skills, both written and verbal.
