What you will do

• Discover and scope high-value AI use cases through workshops and deep-dives.
• Build and deploy custom agents, MCP servers, and integrations that customers can maintain.
• Act as a technical expert during the sales process, creating tailored demos and proof-of-concept environments.
• Drive customer adoption by creating documentation, running office hours, and enabling power users.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify platform limitations and push for necessary improvements.
• Develop internal tools and automate workflows using agentic coding tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar).
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact use cases for enterprise customers in large organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLMs and the ability to design multi-step agent workflows.
• Production-quality coding skills in JavaScript and Python, with knowledge of HTML/CSS and APIs.
• English: C1+ fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Berlin.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Background in technical consulting, AI-native companies, or early-stage startups.
• Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or platform products.
