What you will do

• Design and implement ETL pipelines capable of processing terabytes of data efficiently.
• Develop and optimize APIs to support fast and reliable data retrieval, including exact and partial matches.
• Architect and manage scalable storage solutions like Bigtable, BigQuery, ElasticSearch, or other NoSQL/SQL systems.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and operations teams to turn raw data into actionable products.
• Document processes, architectures, and APIs; mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems, high-performance APIs, and processing large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with streaming pipelines using Apache Flink, Apache Beam, Airflow, or Apache Spark.
• Expertise in Go, Python, or Java; strong foundation in SQL and NoSQL databases like Bigtable, BigQuery, or DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
