TL;DR
.NET Technical Lead (Fullstack): Leading the development of payment systems and global site search, processing millions of dollars in transactions with an accent on microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure. Focus on designing scalable solutions, ensuring zero downtime for millions of customers, and overseeing the full SDLC from requirements to production monitoring.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Ukraine)

What you will do
- Lead the full SDLC: from processing requirements and solution design to deployment and monitoring via Kibana, NewRelic, and Grafana.
- Develop and maintain backend microservices using .NET Core and frontend micro-frontends with React.
- Design and document architecture for major features in collaboration with the architect team and other stakeholders.
- Implement rigorous unit and integration testing to support a "deploy straight to production" workflow.
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform on AWS, ensuring high availability for a system processing tens of millions of dollars monthly.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, SNS/SQS) and Docker.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Redis.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Vault.
- Experience with Mobx.
- Proven track record in creating solution architecture and solving non-standard CRUD tasks.
