What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript across backend (Node.js) and frontend (React)
• Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions
• Identify and resolve issues in performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and error handling using tools like Datadog
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud-native AWS infrastructure

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years with Node.js
• 2+ years with modern frontend frameworks like React
• Experience with databases, ideally NoSQL and MongoDB
• Experience deploying production systems on AWS
• Experience with AI coding technologies (LLMs, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Strong problem-solving in complex systems and large codebases
• Strong communication and self-driven collaboration skills
