What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support by responding to and resolving user issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Log, prioritize, and categorize incidents and service requests using service management tools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents, escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Perform routine system checks and assist with software installations and updates.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Communicate effectively with users to ensure their needs are met and the resolution is satisfactory.
Requirements
- Ability to act as a technical mastermind with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience or understanding of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK
