Treasury Supervisor

What you will do

• Process operational payments for treasury deals, including deposits, FX spot transactions, and options.
• Maintain daily treasury operations in the Treasury Management System and process payment journals accurately.
• Prepare operational manuals and process descriptions for payment processing across various countries.
• Monitor intercompany payments, account refills, refunds, banking emails, and payment errors across multiple systems.
• Support payment system tests, journal setups, ERP setups, ad-hoc treasury needs, and related projects.
• Build and maintain short-term operational forecasts with the Senior Cash Manager to identify imminent funding needs.

Requirements

• About 1–2 years of experience is ideal; treasury operations or multinational corporate experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting demands, remain flexible, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment systems and single-bank platforms.
• Experience in treasury operations or a multinational corporate environment.
