Location: Must be based in Southern Finland (Uusimaa). Position is home-based with frequent travel to meet customers in the designated area.

What you will do
- Drive sales activities and develop opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Prepare and submit accurate tenders and offers on time.
- Collaborate with service, customer support, and project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and business ethics.
Requirements
- Sales experience in healthcare, MedTech, or CSSD equipment, or a strong clinical background.
- Fluency in Finnish and good conversational English skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across southern Finland.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
