What you will do

• Drive sales activities and develop opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Prepare and submit accurate tenders and offers on time.
• Collaborate with service, customer support, and project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and business ethics.

Requirements

• Sales experience in healthcare, MedTech, or CSSD equipment, or a strong clinical background.
• Fluency in Finnish and good conversational English skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across southern Finland.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
