What you will do

• Execute visual strategy aligning imagery with brand heritage and prestige positioning.
• Source and curate elite photography from high-end archives and agencies.
• Commission and manage original photography and videography shoots.
• Perform or oversee expert retouching, colour correction, and optimization for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO and social teams for aesthetically flawless, platform-effective content.
• Manage image licensing, budgets, rights, and visual consistency across touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years as Picture Editor or Visual Producer with portfolio in high-luxury, fine jewellery, or prestige fashion.
• Exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics, especially jewellery photography details.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom) and DAM systems.
• Established network with photographers, retouchers, and luxury image libraries.
• Meticulous approach to image quality, metadata, and luxury branding.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or in-house luxury environment.
