What you will do

• Design, document, and implement fullstack projects from UI, backend, and database perspectives.
• Perform systems analysis, prepare functional and technical specifications based on requirements.
• Coordinate issue resolution, provide support for software applications, and troubleshoot production problems.
• Mentor software developers, train on standards, and conduct peer technical reviews.
• Participate in iteration planning, adhere to design principles, and author supporting documentation.
• Automate builds, deployments, and testing for continuous integration in Azure.

Requirements

• 4+ years building software with Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, .NET Core)
• 1+ years with React or modern HTML UI frameworks (JavaScript, SASS, CSS)
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB), messaging (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), and automation testing (Java, Selenium)
• Experience supporting mission-critical apps in Microsoft Azure, unit testing, and CI/CD
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Experience and desire to build software using modern AI tools such as Copilot or Windsurf
