Mapping Specialist I (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in US – three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in hub offices: Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; South Bend, IN. US-based role.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 base + discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead clients through workforce survey organizational mapping and data collection processes.
• Advise clients on maximizing value from engagement surveys for employees, physicians, and nursing.
• Audit, interpret, and recommend improvements to organizational mapping design and structure.
• Facilitate hierarchy reviews, capture edits, and obtain client approvals while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate survey setup and results.
• Provide support for service recovery and act as an effective team member.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to solve complex problems with urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
