What you will do

• Lead daily workflow of RMA Quality team, ensuring timely processing of returns and inspections
• Train team on procedures, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions
• Own end-to-end manufacturer returns, including tracking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Perform hardware/software testing, repairs, firmware updates, and refurbishment of devices
• Conduct first article inspections, root cause analysis, and maintain accurate records
• Manage Samsung tablet warranty program and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA or technical degree preferred
• Prior lead or senior experience in team leadership
• Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive improvements
