What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on applications, infrastructure, and cloud systems independently or in a team.
• Perform technical reviews and assessments of new systems and features.
• Document findings, vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and remediation recommendations in clear reports.
• Coordinate remediation efforts, track metrics, and communicate results to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and implement automated testing scripts and security tooling.
• Contribute to process improvements, hackdays, and innovation in offensive security.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English for communication with remote multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent with 4+ years in offensive security/penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, microservices, SaaS, cryptography).
• Detailed understanding of cyber threats, TTPs, hardware, web/network protocols, APIs, OWASP Top 10.
• Experience developing security tooling and automation.
• Analytical skills, autonomy, accountability, and strong communication.

Nice to have

• Certifications like OSCP, CISSP, GPEN.
• Experience in hacking platforms (Hack The Box, TryHackMe, CTF, bug bounties).
