IT Dev Senior (Software Engineer) - Contractor

Location: Remote in Europe

What you will do

• Investigate verified application issues within defined priority-based timelines.
• Identify and implement resolutions while protecting software integrity for the broader customer base.
• Create technical support documentation and provide guidance to users and colleagues.
• Work with Design, Test, and Development teams to understand future functionality and deliver consolidated solutions.
• Specify, develop, and implement interfaces supporting the core product.
• Estimate resource requirements and monitor project performance, taking corrective action when needed.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Experience investigating and resolving application issues.
• Ability to develop and implement software interfaces.
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and support users and colleagues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional Design, Test, and Development teams.
