Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop new functionality and continuously improve the codebase for hirify.global Dimension.
• Execute all stages of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, code reviews, and writing automated tests.
• Build backend and mid-tier systems using C# and APL, leveraging Azure cloud services.
• Collaborate with international Scrum teams and Offer Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and gather rapid feedback.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, and mob programming.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in C# using the .NET Framework.
• Knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, pipelines, and architecture, preferably on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Bicep, Azure CLI, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Understanding of modern web technologies and RESTful API communication.
• English: Fluency (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Interest in or professional experience with APL.
• Experience with automated testing and developing complex system architectures.
