What you will do

• Lead the design and development of significant software features and complex projects.
• Develop and maintain React-based API integrations to connect front-end applications with Java-based microservices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, preferably Java and Python.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, API development, and design principles.
• Experience working in a full stack environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile principles.
• Strong background in backend engineering.
• Experience with legacy systems, including Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
