TL;DR

Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of significant software features and complex projects.
- Develop and maintain React-based API integrations to connect front-end applications with Java-based microservices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, preferably Java and Python.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, API development, and design principles.
- Experience working in a full stack environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile principles.
- Strong background in backend engineering.
- Experience with legacy systems, including Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
