Salary: $122,000 - $142,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Drupal web applications using custom PHP development and CMS administration.
• Design and launch new site features focusing on performance, reliability, and availability.
• Create responsive Drupal themes and user-facing components, including data visualization elements.
• Maintain platform stability through security patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and high-quality deployments.
• Ensure ongoing Section 508 accessibility compliance for website content and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional virtual teams to align solutions with shared standards.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Available during core business hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone (EST).
• Master's degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional Drupal development experience.
• Proven experience with custom PHP development in a LAMP environment.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Drupal theming/templating (Twig).
• Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and GitHub/Agile practices.
