Head of CPA (Media Buying): Ensure profit growth through effective buying and scaling of profitable links with an accent on team management, strategy development, and campaign optimization. Focus on managing full buying cycle, developing CPA strategies, finding new growth points, and building hypothesis testing systems.

Location: Remote from any part of the world. Remote / Hybrid / Office formats available. Modern offices in Prague & Warsaw.

What you will do

• Manage full buying cycle: searching sources/offers, testing, optimization, scaling with internal (hirify.global) and external traffic.
• Lead buying & bizdev teams: hiring, developing expertise, setting and monitoring KPIs (ROI, profit, spend).
• Develop short- and long-term CPA strategy, find new growth points (GEO, sources, verticals), build direct partnerships.
• Participate in product development from buying side, build hypothesis testing system, monitor financial flows (budget, ROI).
• Collaborate with other departments (Product, Direct Traffic, RTB, Direct Demand), monitor campaign launch and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in media buying/CPA/affiliate.
• Experience with advertising formats: popunder, in-page, push, in-app.
• Understanding and managing key metrics: ROI, CR, EPC, CPA, etc.
• Skills with trackers, analytics, and BI tools.
• Understanding of anti-fraud and traffic quality.
• Managing teams of 5+ employees.
