💼 Responsibilities:

Develop and execute traffic strategies (PPC, SEO, ASO, In-App, FB, influencers)
Build and lead affiliate team
Manage partners and scale new traffic sources
Optimize funnels (retargeting / remarketing)
Analyze performance (BI tools)
Work closely with product team
Attend industry events

🔍 Requirements:

3+ years in a similar role
Strong hands-on in paid & organic traffic channels
Experience with Tier-1 markets
Solid analytics skills (Power BI or similar)
Network in affiliate / arbitrage space

Product launch experience
iGaming conference background
Personal brand
