Location: Onsite in San Francisco CA, Seattle WA, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Burlington MA, or Bellevue WA. Travel 25-50% of the time required, working directly with customers.

• Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and full architecture.
• Support the technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality scalable systems.
• Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods with customer-facing teams for real-time impact.
• Partner with clients to transform business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Iterate rapidly: test, break, fix, and ship your work from day one.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• AI native with deep experience in LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
• Write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Thrive in collaborative environments with sharp problem-solving and initiative.
