What you will do

• Coordinate civil design deliverables from subcontractors with the Lead Civil Engineer
• Ensure designs meet contractual, programme, budget, HSE, and quality requirements
• Manage design interfaces between consultants, internal teams, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Review and assess design submissions for constructability, risk, and technical compliance
• Represent civil design in stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• Proven experience in construction or infrastructure sector
• Experience on large-scale civil packages (£50m+) in major projects
• Background with tier 1/large contractors on complex civil works
• Strong coordination, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
