Field Service Engineer (Control Panels)

What you will do

• Assemble, install, connect, and repair electrical distribution systems and control panels on-site.
• Interconnect panel sections and modify cabinets based on electrical schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform routine maintenance and service activities on installations.
• Coordinate with customers to minimize operational disruption.
• Participate in an on-call service to resolve breakdowns efficiently.

Requirements

• MBO level 3–4 education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with panel building, electrical distribution, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with NEN 3140 and a VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications such as MBI or MEP.
• Previous experience in a field service or service-oriented role.
