What you will do

• Manage Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for BESS portfolios, ensuring performance guarantees and warranties are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relations and advocating for their interests.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities, including resource and spare parts management.
• Perform root-cause analysis to improve system reliability and availability.
• Coordinate with monitoring, software, network, delivery, and safety teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage and train contractors according to safe systems of work and control their invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in a similar field.
• Ability to independently resolve moderately complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
