What you will do

• Execute advanced troubleshooting and corrective technical interventions on automated logistics and conveyor systems.
• Resolve technical incidents on the shop floor in coordination with the technical control center and shift management.
• Apply technical standards, maintenance instructions, and SOPs to ensure safe and compliant execution.
• Support root cause analysis by providing hands-on technical insights from field activities.
• Document actions taken and technical findings to ensure transparency and effective shift handovers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Spareparts, and Operations teams to minimize operational impact during interventions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical engineering, maintenance, or field service within industrial or automated logistics.
• Proven experience performing hands-on troubleshooting and corrective technical interventions.
• Ability to work in a shift-based, on-site operational environment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under time pressure.
• Very good German language skills.
