What you will do

• Resolve service requests across all jurisdictions using the Ivanti service delivery tool.
• Execute the joiner, leaver, mover, and change (JLMC) process to ensure strict security controls.
• Maintain and monitor appropriate segregation of duties across all applications and services.
• Manage the distribution of banking hardware and assist with the signing of financial documents.
• Build collaborative relationships with business users to understand and support their operational needs.
• Undergo personal development and obtain professional qualifications as agreed with management.
