What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of products like 3DS ACS, 3DS Server MPI, fraud risk intelligence, biometrics, and OTPs.
• Create and structure high-quality content including guides, training materials, specs, video transcripts, and schematics.
• Gather information from engineers, docs, and resources, thinking like a business analyst.
• Tailor content for different audiences and personas, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Collaborate with manager, technical writer, and graphic designer for cohesive outputs.
• Maintain content on Knowledge Centre, perform quality assurance, and manage stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product content creation, preferably in SaaS, digital auth, or payments.
• Ability to distill complex technical info into accessible content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and audience adaptation skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive); Markdown and PlantUML preferred.
• Strong collaboration, proactivity, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Gitlab and VuePress.
• Familiarity with 3DS products, fraud risk, and customer authentication.
