What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy for accounts within the Benelux region, providing guidance across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-level executives to drive technical commitment and alignment.
• Develop reusable architectural patterns and guidance to improve the wider hirify.global community.
• Drive customer adoption by delivering measurable business outcomes beyond the initial proof of concept.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid)
• Experience in technical pre-sales and managing complex sales lifecycles, including discovery and scoping.
• Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI with an AI-builder mindset.
• Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python or SQL.
• Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• English: Excellent communication skills required

Nice to have

• Business-proficiency level in the Dutch language.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Relevant cloud platform certifications.
