Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in system design and architecture.
• 2+ years of engineering management or team leadership experience.
• Prior experience working within fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable working flexible evening hours to collaborate with US-based teams.
