What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of 5+ subordinates to achieve determined objectives and maintain high motivation.
• Coordinate and execute operational plans and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure planned results.
• Manage customer relationships and handle escalations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and implement process improvements for business optimization and functional discipline.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable business insights.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and retention within the team to optimize working processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Substantial experience in field or operations management.
• Proven experience leading or influencing teams in complex, customer-facing environments.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
