What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing DUV UIR team, fostering shared accountability and an inclusive working environment.
• Manage staffing and competencies to ensure the right skills are available for upgrades, installs, and relocations.
• Define and monitor KPIs regarding safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of DUV activities in live customer production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to align on operational targets and customer commitments.
• Drive the transition toward a unified "ONE UIR" way of working and standardized execution models.

Requirements

• MSc or BSc technical degree in Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience as a People Manager, Team Leader, or Project Leader.
• Experience in high-tech environments with complex production processes.
• Must be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
• Willingness and flexibility for international travel.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with EUV systems and hirify.global products.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
