What you will do

• Manage IT/OT infrastructure for manufacturing platforms like IMS, MES, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.
• Coordinate site support for global infrastructure solutions including Active Directory and firewall policies.
• Lead evaluation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of control systems hardware, software, networks, databases, and security.
• Implement disaster recovery, standards, best practices, and lifecycle management across IT/OT platforms.
• Support commissioning of new systems like Syncade/PharmaSuite, DeltaV, OSI PI, edge computing, and IIoT gateways.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents via ServiceNow for manufacturing infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years as systems engineer in automation, preferably pharma/GMP regulated industry.
• 24/7 on-call including weekends/holidays for business continuity.
• Strong OT manufacturing infrastructure, security, control systems, data backup experience.
• Change control, CSV, GMP documentation experience.
• OS, storage, monitoring, virtualization, networks, firewalls, RDBMS, AD expertise; VMware/Nutanix advanced.
• HA clustering, MS SQL Server, Active Directory skills.

Nice to have

• Orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet.
• Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, VCAP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP.
