What you will do

• Design and maintain robust, distributed backend services capable of managing millions of labeling tasks.
• Build and refine data pipelines to ingest raw data and deliver high-quality labeled outputs to ML environments.
• Implement Active Learning and Model-in-the-loop features to enable automated pre-labeling and intelligent prioritization.
• Develop performant APIs to connect front-end labeling tools, third-party vendors, and internal ML platforms.
• Manage cloud-native infrastructure focusing on observability, automated scaling, and 99.9+% availability.
• Collaborate with AI teams and Product Managers to translate data requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building scalable, reliable infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong development experience with Python and SQL.
• Must be a U.S. person or citizen as per U.S. national security laws and export control regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trino, Flyte, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of ML Ops workflows and building data platforms for multimodal ML.
• Experience with agentic workflows.
• Prior experience in the autonomous vehicles (AV) industry.
