Salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and handle AP, AR, payroll, and expense workflows.
• Design and document scalable accounting processes and support ERP implementation and optimization.
• Build cost and inventory accounting practices, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Establish internal controls, prepare audit-ready documentation, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Partner with the Head of Strategic Finance to deliver financial data for forecasting and investor reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in public accounting and 1–2 years in an industry or startup environment.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with financial statement preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or actively pursuing one.
• Experience with manufacturing, hardware, or inventory accounting.
• Proven experience with ERP systems or accounting software migrations.
• Background in high-growth startup environments.
