What you will do

  • Enter order data accurately to ensure correct deliveries and invoices.
  • Register and resolve transportation complaints.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and shipment details.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational processes follow internal policies and targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English language proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Gdansk office (hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
