What you will do

• Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery, managing subpoenas, and preparing deposition binders.
• Manage trial preparation, including witness coordination, travel, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
• Independently obtain, review, and organize medical records and calculate damages.
• Coordinate routine communications with clients, experts, and attorneys regarding case status.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, motions, and supporting exhibits.

Requirements

• Paralegal certification.
• 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Must be able to work in the office as needed (Seattle, WA).
• Solid understanding of state and federal civil litigation rules and deadlines.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with litigation in the state of Washington is highly encouraged.
