What you will do

• Own MES configuration and operational support for specific product lines or value streams.
• Translate physical manufacturing processes into digital workflows and detailed work instructions.
• Resolve real-time system issues impacting production and troubleshoot hardware/software integrations.
• Integrate smart tools and devices using industrial protocols such as OPC UA and TCP/IP.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements.
• Train production personnel on MES tools and maintain supporting documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with MES or manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring MES platforms (PICO MES or similar).
• Strong understanding of production workflows and quality control.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify required).
