What you will do

• Own organic customer acquisition across Lending, Business Banking, and Personal Savings, focusing on revenue and account openings.
• Design and maintain automated content pipelines using AI agents and tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Execute an AEO strategy to ensure high visibility and citation in AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Drive traditional SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and pillar-and-cluster architectures.
• Develop offsite citation strategies, including managing presence on Reddit and other UGC platforms.
• Run structured AEO experiments and track share-of-voice and LLM-attributed conversions.

Requirements

• Fluency in SEO and AEO, including a deep understanding of RAG and parametric knowledge.
• Proven experience building (not just managing) automated content production pipelines.
• 3–7 years of experience in organic growth with demonstrable results in traffic and revenue.
• Technical SEO capabilities, including schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
