TL;DR

Enablement Manager, Customer Success (eCommerce): Designing and executing global enablement strategies for the Customer Success organization to drive retention and value realization with an accent on scalable training and process standardization. Focus on building onboarding programs, optimizing CS workflows, and leveraging data from Gong and Salesforce to enhance team performance.

Location: Hybrid in New York (4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and own the global CS enablement strategy, including onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Translate product complexity and customer use cases into scalable training and success playbooks.
  • Partner with CS leadership to identify skill gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Standardize QBR frameworks, product positioning guides, and consultative guidance tailored by segment.
  • Operationalize product readiness by transforming releases into actionable guidance for adoption and ROI storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Product Enablement to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success enablement or post-sales enablement, ideally within SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of recurring-revenue dynamics, including retention, expansion, and churn prevention.
  • Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, and various LMS/CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with value-based success planning, adoption frameworks, and EBR/QBR best practices.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into crisp, relevant content for frontline teams.
  • Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work model (4 days per week in office).
