What you will do

• Set the visual benchmark and North Star for environment art to meet high-fidelity project goals.
• Deliver detailed concept art to serve as the definitive reference for the Environment team.
• Collaborate with Art, Narrative, and Design teams to ensure concepts support systems architecture and gameplay.
• Coach Senior and Mid-level artists, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and constructive feedback.
• Optimize concept workflows for steady iteration and seamless 3D implementation.
• Create key marketing art, assets, and storyboards to clarify concepts and pitches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game development.
• Shipped at least one full-cycle AAA title as a concept artist.
• Superior ability to balance gameplay possibilities with architectural coherence and city planning.
• Proficiency in 2D editing and illustration software, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Degree in Fine Art or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to iterate quickly and maintain quality under pressure and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with 3D modeling and animation packages such as Maya or 3ds Max.
