What you will do

• Create high-quality concept illustrations including key art, characters, hard surface mechanical designs, props, architecture, environments, UI, and gameplay shots.
• Participate in production and art team meetings, brainstorming sessions, art reviews, and critiques.
• Produce beautiful concept art quickly and coherently in a wide range of styles and aesthetics.
• Develop visual designs from sketch ideation to final key images and blueprints for 3D creation.
• Iterate on designs quickly and efficiently based on feedback and critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing for PC, console, handheld, or mobile gaming platforms.
• Proven ability to quickly produce effective and coherent concept art, illustrations, and sketches.
• Adaptable and constructive response to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong foundation in traditional drawing techniques.
• Excellent 2D art creation and graphic design skills.
• Basic 3D skills using tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Comfortable presenting and communicating work to internal teams.
• Able to meet tight deadlines while following technical processes and schedules.
