What you will do

• Produce strategic analyses across the full game portfolio for senior leadership
• Frame ambiguous problems and break them into structured, answerable questions
• Combine insights from game data, market intelligence, player research, and game design
• Translate analysis into clear narratives with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with experienced analysts and stakeholders on game strategy and performance
• Analyze growth patterns, market positioning, and cross-game opportunities

Requirements

• Based in Helsinki or London with frequent travel to Helsinki
• Strong problem structuring skills for complex, ambiguous questions
• Critical thinking to challenge assumptions constructively
• Ability to zoom out for big picture and in for details
• Strong communication for clear, compelling narratives
• Build trust through collaboration and high-quality work
• Genuine interest in games, players, and mobile gaming market
• Experience with data tools (SQL, Python, R or similar)
