What you will do

• Prepare and manage 3-year investment plans for the RAN network.
• Coordinate technical requirements and align deployment plans with investment strategies.
• Present and defend financial and technical plans to management, financial controllers, and stakeholders.
• Develop business cases for deployment projects, including detailed specifications and capex/opex impacts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to optimize network architectures.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for budget follow-up and supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
• More than 7 years of experience in budget definition or partner management within mobile networks.
• Sound knowledge of 4G & 5G radio configuration and vendor equipment.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to manage Capex/Opex and perform ROI/TCO analysis.
• English proficiency is mandatory (NL/FR is an asset).
