Salary: 37 000 – 50 900 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Architect hybrid game and ML systems, serving as the primary point of integration between AI and game developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain both learning and non-learning systems for gameplay.
• Research and identify latest ML and game technology applications to implement within the company.
• Support programming and ML teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Establish quality guidelines for ML applications and disseminate knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate with peers and respond to internal feedback to refine technological choices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and maintaining APIs and applications.
• Proficiency in system-level languages (C, C++, Rust, or Go) and Python.
• Strong knowledge of ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and classical AI concepts.
• Experience bringing ML systems into production and working with high-performance computing.
• Familiarity with game engines and real-time simulations.
• Must be able to work under a Polish employment contract (Umowa o pracę).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent industry expertise.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and modeling human behavior.
