We are looking for a Retention Manager who will drive player retention, increase LTV, and build long-term relationships with our user base 💡

This is a key role with a direct impact on revenue through segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing 📊

🔥 Responsibilities

📈 Own and develop retention strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
🧠 Build and manage dynamic user segments
🔍 Analyze funnels (registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn)
⚙️ Optimize conversion rates across the full player lifecycle
📩 Launch and manage CRM campaigns (push / SMS / email / in-app)
🎁 Develop personalized offers and bonus mechanics
💎 Work with VIP and high-value segments
🧪 Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
🚀 Identify growth opportunities based on player behavior
🤝 Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams

✅ Requirements

🎯 Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
🎰 iGaming / betting experience is highly preferred
📊 Strong understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI
🧩 Experience with segmentation (including dynamic segments)
🔎 Ability to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks
🛠️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar)
🧠 Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking
🇬🇧 English — working proficiency
