Requirements:
- Proven experience in iGaming retention or CRM
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after probation
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing players
- Develop and execute retention campaigns
- Analyze player behaviour and churn metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
